Why is electronic smoking healthier?
Obviously, smoking is never a healthy activity. However, the RuToo E-cigarette is a healthier alternative. You will no longer inhale any substances including tar and carbon monoxide, but you will get the addictive and sedative substance nicotine. The RuToo E-cigarette looks like a regular cigarette, produces enough smoke and tastes like a normal cigarette. Giving up smoking is a problem, and so is reducing smoking: the RuToo E-cigarette will help you achieve it.
Is something wrong with my Rutoo E-cigarette?
We advise you to carry out the following basic activities to quickly solve a fault yourself. Research shows that nine problems out of ten can be solved by customers themselves.
- How do I get (more) smoke?
You will generate optimal smoke if you inhale quietly and long. It is also important that the battery is fully charged (the light on the charger is green) and that all the parts are properly connected to one another (so that no leaks can develop). If you overcharge the battery, it may become too hot and may no longer perform optimally. This is not covered by our guarantee. Also make sure that there is no empty cartridge on your atomizer. - How do I clean my E-cigarette?
You clean your E-cigarette by removing the cartridge from the atomizer and by blowing on the battery (on the side of the Led). You will see that the atomizer produces steam. Continue to do this for some 10 seconds so that the atomizer cleans itself. If the atomizer is not functioning properly, there may be too much liquid in it. If that is the case, you should wipe it dry. Make sure also that no strands stick out. - My E-cigarette leaks
Remove the leaking cartridge from your atomizer and blow on the side of the cartridge that was in the atomizer. Hold a napkin on the side of the mouthpiece so that the superfluous liquid can go into that. You will notice that due to the blowing the cartridge will no longer leak. - The top on the cartridge
The top on the cartridge serves as reservoir, this reservoir prevents the user of the RuToo electronic cigarette from any liquid from the cartridge. Do not use a cartridge with a removed top, throw the cartridge away and use a new one.
My Track & Trace code is not working?
We regularly get questions about the track & trace code. It may be a day before the first status can be checked through the number. And our experience shows that no status modifications take place during weekends. If your parcel is sent after 5 pm on Friday, you may not be able to check your status until Monday afternoon. We hope this information is sufficient.

How does the electronic cigarette work?
The electronic cigarette runs on batteries and contains one nicotine cartridge. This nicotine ampoule releases nicotine when you take a draw, just like in smoking an ordinary cigarette. At the moment, these ampoules are available in two tastes and four strengths. One ampoule roughly equals 20 cigarettes. The battery in the device is rechargeable.
Can I fill up the E-cigarette with e-liquid?
No, you can’t. We do not supply e-liquid, because it contains a hazardous substance which should not be experimented with. In order to prevent any risks, we only supply the cartridges / ampoules. Refilling your cartridge is at your own risk. The guarantee does not cover the damage if improper use is established. Moreover, changing the cartridge is a great deal more hygienic.
Has the electronic cigarette been tested?
Our electronic cigarette has an EMC, an ROHS as well as a CE quality mark.
Who is responsible in the event of improper use?
You should read our information leaflet in advance, if you intend to use our product. It clearly states that using our product is at your own risk. We are not liable for any consequential damage in any form whatsoever.
Who is the E-cigarette NOT meant for?
Keep the product away from children. The cartridges contain nicotine and may cause damage when put into one’s mouth. Nicotine also affects the heart and blood vessels. Nicotine use is strongly advised against for:
- people with heart problems
- people with high blood pressure
- pregnant women
- people who are allergic to nicotine-like products
- under-16-year-olds
- With respect to all other diseases not listed here, we expressly urge the user to consult a doctor to exclude any risks involved in the use of Rutoo E-cigarettes.
