Delivery and guarantee
1. Shipping service
All our goods will be sent via TNT. The goods will be offered for delivery three times if necessary. If nobody is at home at these three moments of delivery, the customer will get a message with instructions to collect his/her parcel at the local post office.
We do our very best to deliver the products as soon as possible. In case we do not have your product(s) in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. Delivery time then will be after maximum 10 working days.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs of our products are almost the same as TNT post standard rates. They depend on the weight of the parcel. Before placing your order, you will be able to see the exact shipping rate.
3. What is Rutoo Trading’s target market?
The EU is Rutoo Trading’s target market, although orders may also be placed from outside the EU.
4. Payment options
We offer three payment options: Paypal, bank transfers or Ideal (only for Dutch/Belgian customers).
5. Return shipments and faulty devices
Breaking the wrapping of sealed products is prohibited. Unstamped shipments are not accepted. To explain the situation to our service staff, you will have to send a copy of your invoice together with your product and state the reason for returning the product. You can also contact us by email or via the website. If the reason for returning your product meets our general terms and conditions, your money will be paid back into your bank account within 14 days.
Although we will treat your order with the utmost care, something may go wrong with your product or it may be lost. You may also receive the wrong product. Should any of these things happen, please contact Rutoo Trading by sending an email via the website.
